Quality control from raw materials to finished product
Every Asadaru product is checked in four stages before release. The raw materials, production process, finished-product characteristics and packaging of each batch are controlled and recorded, so product quality and consistency are maintained.
Active-substance review
The active substances and quality indicators of each product are assessed in line with its formulation, so the main constituents remain within the defined range.
In-process control
During production, aspects such as appearance, uniformity, solubility, pH and other indicators relevant to each product are controlled and recorded.
Final testing and product approval
The finished product is examined through physicochemical and, where needed, microbial tests. The packaging, label and batch information are also checked before final approval.

Four principles for maintaining the quality of Asadaru products
At Asadaru, quality is not limited to testing the finished product. From raw-material selection to production, documentation and delivery, the following four principles are observed at every stage.
Product stability and uniformity
The formulation and production process of each product are carried out in a defined, controlled manner, so its quality characteristics stay consistent across different batches.
Full traceability of every batch
For each production batch, information on the raw materials, manufacturing steps, quality-control results and packaging details is recorded, so the product can be fully traced.
Scientific and technical documentation
Formulation data, tests and assessments for each product are recorded and retained, and product claims are stated within the bounds of scientific documentation and defensible results.
Adherence to requirements and procedures
Production and quality-control processes are carried out and updated in accordance with internal procedures and the requirements applicable to veterinary products.
